For the filling
2 green apples, peeled and diced
2 pears, peeled and diced
8 pitted dates, chopped
2 tablespoons coconut oil
For the topping
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup flaked almonds
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Yogurt to serve
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
Melt the coconut oil in a large saucepan.
Add apple, pear and dates, and cook until tender (around 5 minutes). Spoon the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
To make topping, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with hands until it has the consistency of coarse breadcrumbs. Spread over the fruit mixture.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes (or until golden brown).
Serve with yoghurt.
