Simple Summer Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 very ripe medium banana, frozen

  • 1 cup berries

  • Handful of fresh baby spinach

  • ½ - ¾ cup coconut water (plus more if needed)

  • 4-5 ice cubes


  • Wholefood bar, roughly chopped

  • Banana
  • Raspberries

  • Strawberries, sliced



Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth (adding more coconut water as required).

Pour into serving bowl and layer sliced strawberries, blueberries and chopped wholefood bar on top.
